Q.1. Discuss the sources of Hindu Law. Outline the three main differences between Mitakshara and dayabhaga schools.

Q.2. Discuss the concept of marriage under Hindu Law. What are the factors which nullify the marriage?

Q.3. What are the various grounds for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act1955? Discuss.

Q.4. Write short notes on the following:
(a) Hindu Undivided Family
(b) Essentials of a valid endowment

Q.5. What are the effects of adoption? Can adoption be revoked?

Q.6. Discuss the various sources of Muslim Law.

Q.7. Write short notes on any two of the ollowing:
(a) Iddat
(b) Mutawalli
(c) Acknowledgemet

Q.8. Discuss the law relating to Wakf under Muslim Law.

Q.9. Describe the provisions relating to divorce under Muslim Law. Can a Muslim woman take divorce from her husband?

Q.10. Explain the various forms of marriages under Muslim Law. Also enumerate the points of distinction between them.
